about

Here's my setting of Psalm 116, from Louis Segond's 1910 French translation of the Bible. Delightfully, this song was commissioned by a friend of mine for an original contemporary ballet piece.

lyrics

If you wish you could follow along with the words but don't speak much French, I've got a bilingual layout of the whole song, colour-coded by musical theme, that I'm happy to share. Just click on that yellow "Contact benjamin & the bible" link over there on the right and shoot me an email.
